Our History
I began my career in construction from the age of 16 years old with a local building company (that’s not me in the photo by the way, that’s a photo of my boy helping us out on the tools taken over a decade ago).
As the years caught up with me, I found I had developed an independence and had the ability to not just build a wall or an extension, but to consult, plan, manage and deliver. Everything I needed to begin my own company.
I had acquired the skills and mindset to deliver my own service and had the aspiration to have my name on the job, literally.
In 2010, after careful consideration, I founded Davey Daw Builders.. and have been helping people in Llantwit Major and the surrounding area with their building needs ever since.
